LEGACY BUSINESS PARK

Construction is now underway on 200 acres of land being developed by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Industrial Authority.

 

This new project will welcome light industrial business park development to attract higher-paying jobs while remaining compatible with the neighboring community.

 

With 45 acres of open space woven throughout the development, businesses and residents alike can enjoy easy access to the popular 22-mile walking, running and biking path, Legacy Trail.

 

Legacy Business Park is overseen by Lexington-Fayette Urban County Industrial Authority in collaboration with Gresham Smith, an architecture, engineering, planning and design practice with offices in Lexington.
